Sick :(

I have been sick - kena attacked by the flu/cough/sore throat monster and one course of antibiotics did not seem to kill it :(
That means:
- no running :(
- no cooking since I only use the slow cooker during my long runs
- lotsa drowsy spells as each dosage of medication knocks me out for at least two hours
- weak and lethargic feeling all the time
I'll be out of town for the next two weeks - hopefully the non-Singaporean air will do me some good....
