Spent about 4 days in Hanoi City, Vietnam. Given the choice, I actually prefer Ho Chih Minh to Hanoi although Halong Bay is really awesome. Halong Bay will be in a separate post.
Motorbikes are such a common way of getting around for the locals that even the dog knows to sit still on the bike :)

This is the Ho Chih Minh Museum where the body of Ho Chih Minh was embalmed and kept. Lined up for about two hours to get in to see his body.

Had this beef noodles at this local place where the menu is in Vietnamese; none of the staff spoke English & all other customers are locals. It was very delicious!!

Had KFC for one of the last meals there coz had a craving for junk food! Notice that they still use real metal fork and knife and real plastic plates.
