The BEST Melting Chocolate Cake I have ever eaten is from this small Japanese sushi conveyor belt restaurant in downtown Sydney.
I was having dinner alone at this Japanese restaurant and the above poster was right in front of me as the plates of sushi pass by me on the conveyor belt. The picture does not do justice to how good the cake is!
I decided to order the cake. It costs AUD3. It is really very small.
This is what you see when you cut open the cake with the small teaspoon.
This is the cross-section of the cake. See the melting chocolate in the middle of the cake? When you put one piece of it into your mouth, the warm chocolate core melts in your mouth. It is really very HEAVENLY. Yummy!
